Religious Activities Acknowledgment & Agreement

SiLA Christian Kindergarten respects families of all faiths and does not require children to adopt a particular religion. As a Christian school, however, our daily program includes age-appropriate Christian activities such as prayer, worship songs, Bible stories, and learning Christian values such as love, kindness, gratitude, and respect.

Participation in these activities is part of the SiLA school program and is required for enrollment.

Photo & Social Media Consent

During school activities, SiLA Christian Kindergarten may take photos and/or videos of students for school communications, classroom updates, the school website, and official social media channels.

Parent / Guardian Confirmation

I confirm that the information provided in this application is accurate and complete to the best of my knowledge.
